Exceptionally comfortable room, good breakfast.

Location very close to a commercial center, and coffee shop. Modern and big size room, a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the room. The amiable and very amiable staff working throughout the hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff was professional and affable. The setting was perfect and favorable, close enough to a coffee shop as well as stores. It was relatively near Buffalo Wild Wings, serving fast food.

I loved the modern rooms and the super friendly staff. The breakfast had a great variety of food, so I left feeling really satisfied. 😊

The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial center where you can find amenities such as a supermarket, laundry service, ATM, and coffee shop, which makes it very easy to get what you need. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating, and we appreciate the receptionist who helped us move to a quieter area when we asked.

The insulation from noises in the rooms was not good.

Great location for a relaxing city break, as there are plenty of facilities nearby including shops, banks and restaurants. The comfy beds and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay. Breakfast was always delicious and gave a good start to the day.

The noise insulation between rooms could be much better, as even though we were lucky to have quiet neighbors during our stay, this could easily not have been the case. the water temperature in the shower was tricky to adjust and the lighting in the bathroom was not ideal for doing makeup.

Close to all the amenities and breakfast was tasty. the overall cleanliness and comfort of the room added to our pleasant stay.

Water temperature on the shower was challenging to manage, fluctuating from medium to very hot. lighting in the bathroom was poor, not helpful for doing makeup.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Queretaro. The bed was comfortable, and despite being located on a busy road, I couldn't hear much noise. The hotel is conveniently situated next to a commercial center with everything I needed, including an ATM, laundry service, coffee shop, and supermarket. The staff, especially Cesar, was accommodating and quickly moved me to a quieter area when I had noisy neighbors. The location is great, and the breakfast was tasty. I highly recommend this hotel.
